How long does it take to build a home?

Our home building facilities can usually build a prefabricated home from start to finish in about 6-7 days. However several factors can affect how long the entire home construction process may take, like what features are in the home, the amount of home orders that specific building facility has or the home site.

Are your homes strong enough to withstand storms and strong winds?

Today’s manufactured homes are built to federal construction codes that account for factors like location to make sure the home is designed for the weather in that area. These updated standards mean a properly built and installed manufactured home can potentially withstand strong winds or weather events as well as a site-built home.
